Meet the Team

Caroline (she/they) joined the team in July 2025 and joyfully leads the congregation and surrounding neighborhood in praising God, listening well, and connecting to the needs of the world. In her free time, she is an avid reader, on the hunt for the perfect chai latte, a fierce friend, and dog mom to Opie.

Satonya (she/her) has been a faithful leader on staff since 2018. Her dedication to the safety and development of the children is unmatched. She loves to laugh and she loves her family tremendously.

Deb (she/her) has experience in property management and joined our team where her expertise is celebrated. Deb has lived in several places across the United States: Connecticut, Florida, Los Angeles, and more! She is ready to use her knowledge for the future of The Vine.

Rita (she/her) is a valuable member of our team who keeps the entire office running. Her skills, knowledge, and willing attitude keep her busy. In the community, she runs her own business and spends time with her family.

Amy (she/her) is a gifted musician who helps lead our worship services every Sunday in praising God! She is a teacher and shares her love of music with so many. When not at the piano bench, you can find her swing dancing across Charlotte!

Amy (she/her) is the one who cultivates community at our Center for Children. She is in charge of onboarding new employees and fostering connections. She stays connected to the Charlotte area by owning and managing two gyms and raising two teenage boys.
